My refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
I am one person selling made-to-order items. Again, for the people in the back… I am one person selling made-to-order items!
Therefore, I cannot issue refunds for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, I cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong thing, or prefer a different product/color/size, etc. However, if you’d like to purchase something different I’m more than happy to help you!
If your product has a defect please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will work to resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
In your return inquiry email please include your order number, a summary of the issue at hand and photos to show damages, etc. Once I have received your email, I will review it and contact you within 1-3 business days with an update. Please do not ship anything back until I approve your return.
If a return is necessary, I will provide you with a shipping label that you can print and use to return it for free.
If approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
NOTE: Due to the made-to-order nature of some of my products, orders cannot be canceled once production is complete. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out asap to see where I am in the process.
Gift cards can not be refunded or returned.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund in 7-10 business days, please contact me at email@example.com and we’ll figure it out together.
I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll let you know what your options are depending on your purchase.
If the returnable item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know you returned it.
