About Your New Jewelry
Wire wrapping is a genre of jewelry that requires pliable wire to be bent and shaped into each finished piece. During this process, the wire naturally hardens, is hammered, and finally tumbled to strengthen it further. It will retain its shape. However, if you try to bend it, treat it aggressively, step on it, or it gets smashed, it WILL be distorted and possibly break. Do not place your wire-wrapped jewelry in a bag, pocket, or any small movable space without protection.
If you damage your jewelry, please email me at email@example.com with a picture of the damage, and I will let you know your options for repair.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of purchasing unless otherwise noted. Items shipped via USPS First Class should arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on how the postal service is feeling that week. 😒
Please note, shipping times WILL vary during the holiday seasons because again, the postal service is stressed. I will do my part to make sure you receive your purchase in a timely manner from my end, but once it leaves my hands, it’s in God’s hands until He puts it in yours.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 24 – 48 hours to update once the carrier you choose receives it.
At checkout, please be sure your email and shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for any delays during shipping transit, nor am I responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses. If you believe your package is lost or was never delivered, please contact your local post office first. Again, once your order has shipped, it is no longer in my hands and completely out of my control.

Therefore, I cannot issue refunds for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, I cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong thing, or prefer a different product/color/size, etc. However, if you’d like to purchase something different I’m more than happy to help you!
If your product has a defect please contact me immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) at email@example.com and I will work to resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
In your return inquiry email please include your order number, a summary of the issue at hand, and photos to show damages, etc. Once I have received your email, I will review it and contact you within 1-3 business days with an update.
Please do not ship anything back until I approve your return.
If a return is necessary, I will provide you with a shipping label that you can print and use to return it for free.
If approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
NOTE: Due to the made-to-order nature of some of my products, orders cannot be canceled once production is complete. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out asap to see where I am in the process.

Due to COVID-19, I’m only able to offer DOMESTIC shipping (within the U.S.) ONLY for the time being. I hope to start worldwide shipping soon. Although the lockdowns are over and things are getting back to normal in the US, in other countries shipping and delivery is still very difficult.
Please note some products may take a few extra days to process and ship. I am doing my best but some suppliers, distributors, and shipping carriers may be experiencing delays that can affect my turnaround time. I will communicate any issues with you about your order, as well as offer other options if necessary.
